Either the mechanical or electrical interlock allows for positive latching. Only one door can be opened at a time. This feature guarantees the integrity of the clean room. Since the room is under positive pressure, all air evacuation is outward.

CONSTRUCTION:
All pass-thrus are high pressure laminated (Formica or equal) over high density Particle Board. The interior of a pass-thru can be constructed of either stainless steel, polypropylene or aluminum laminated at additional cost. All units are available in solid 16 gauge stainless steel construction.

DOORS:
The doors are polished plexi-glass. Safety plate is also available on special order as an option

HARDWARE:
Unit is hinged and framed in anodized aluminum and stainless steel.

INTERLOCK:
The mechanical or electrically operated interlock system has a specially concealed latch that allows for only one door to be opened at a time. This guarantees the integrity of the clean room.

INSTALLATION:
The pass-thru is flush to the clean room wall side. Insert the pass-thru into a rough wall opening and hold in place with anodized aluminum angle.

OPTIONAL:
Adjustable stainless steel shelves; fluorescent lights-contained in pass-thru ceiling; stainless steel 304 stainless steel laminated interior; polypropylene, aluminum; talk-thru installed in doors offering good voice transmittal.

   -Cut wall holes approximately 1/4" larger than accumulative total dimension.
   -1"x1" angle. "Anodized aluminum" brackets installed by customer.
