1200 HS

The 1200 HEPA Shield is the newest addition to the well known, high performance line of HEPA systems. The 1200 HEPA Shield incorporates a new high performance blower/motor package providing excellent air flow performance.

The 1200 HEPA Shield unit is a single piece system designed to be used in a variety of applications. It can be easily mounted from any ceiling area as a stand-alone system or even mounted to an HVAC system in the bypass approach. This unit can provide 1200 cfm of HEPA filtered air or it can be used strictly as an odor adsorption or VOC reduction system. 

True HEPA Filtration: 

Removes 99.97% of all particles 0.3 microns and larger

3-Stage Filtration:

1. Antimicrobial Polyester Prefilter
2. 15 lb. Carbon Filter
3. True 99.97% HEPA filter
4. Optional 95% DOP & 95% Ashrae Filters.

Multi-Use Filtration System:

The 1200 HEPA Shield unit can be easily mounted in any ceiling area, as a
stand-alone system, or attached to any HVAC system.

Powerful 3/4 HP Motor:

The powerful 3/4 HP motor produces over 1200 cfm of HEPA filtered air.

Ceiling Mount Design:

The 1200 HS is specifically designed to be mounted above the ceiling or below the ceiling. With a 5/8 inch weld nut located in the four corners of the unit it is very easy to suspend the unit.

Attaches to Forced Air Systems

Like the 600HS and 2000HS units, the 1200HS can be attached in the bypass mode to most 3 ton and larger HVac systems.

Easy to Maintain - Optional Filter Design

1.Easily removable doors for access to filters and motor
2.All filters slide in and out for easy replacement
3.Can also use 95% DOP or 95% Ashrae filters in-lieu of HEPA filter
4.Optional space for additional carbon filter (total of 30 lbs)
5.Can convert HS1200 to an Odor Adsorption unit only by replacing HEPA filter with
carbon canister
