CART AIR SHOWER

Combines the features of both a pass-thru and an air shower for parts transfer. Designed to provide material cleaning and transfer to a clean area, eliminating personnel contamination. Class 100 (ISO 5) air cleans material while in pass-thru. Prevents depressurization of cleanroom and cross contamination. Construction is the same as AS200E.
