"DFE" Softwall Clean Rooms are designed to provide a contamination controlled environment at minimum cost. The structure consists of epoxy painted tubular steel framework, leg levelers or locking castors. T-Grid ceiling, individual 2' x 4' fan powered terminal HEPA filters with replaceable 99.99% HEPA cartridges, non-shedding ceiling tiles, sealed light fixtures, vinyl curtain walls and doors. Each room is individually designed to fit your requirements.

» Rooms are provided from Class 10 to Class 100,000 in any size or configuration, easily expandable and/or movable. Options include air conditioning, antistatic vinyl curtains, solid acrylic or poly-carbonate walls, static elimination, construction entirely of stainless steel, and completely wired.
» The air is contained by a transparent curtain. The unit can be mounted on casters and rolled into position with ease.
» The portable softwall cleanrooms are available in many standard sizes and may be designed so that modular rooms can be joined to form combinations of small installations or a large complex. Room heights vary according to particular application.
